Cristina Court

The residence Corte Cristina & Suites

The period residence Corte Cristina is the symbol of timeless hospitality, an ancient and innovative concept at the same time: ancient because it respects the spirit of the place, an eighteenth-century patrician house, full of stories and secrets, of courtly idleness and grandiose parties; innovative because it retraces the same feelings in the twenty-first century.

Corte Cristina, the summer residence of Queen Maria Cristina of Savoy and the Savoy court is in Quartucciu, a district of Cagliari, exactly between the sea and the city center, near the polyclinic of Quartu and the polyclinic of Monserrato.

The original eighteenth- and nineteenth-century furnishings restored to their former glory contribute to a colorful and relaxed atmosphere, especially in the common areas, in which high standards applied to all rooms and suites are capable of ensuring the most exclusive comfort.

The Garden of Corte Cristina

The Garden of Corte Cristina Residence welcomes all those who love to be in the midst of greenery but still close to the city.
It is the ideal location to host events such as weddings, christenings, themed parties but also to entertain guests who prefer the garden for eating breakfasts or snacks.
Once, a strolling place for the royal family of Victor Emmanuel I of Savoy.
A vast area in which every single space will give you special emotions

The halls

Queen Christina Hall

The largest and most elegant room of the manor house is adorned with a fresco restored to its former glory, enriched by a large 18th-century fireplace of white marble and a rare tapestry. From the large windows overlooking the garden, a splendid and extremely rare three-century-old Cycas, over four meters tall, can be admired. It is set up only for very important and prestigious ceremonies.

Music Hall

Adjoining the Queen's Hall, also decorated with a fresco, enriched by a wide marble staircase accessing the upper floor suites and the Habsburg cellar. Adjacent to the Queen's Hall, also decorated with a fresco, enhanced by a wide marble staircase accessing the upper floor suites and the Habsburg cellar.

Hall of Arches

The Hall dating back to the 14th century is characterized by four arches, a remnant of an ancient Cloister built of Sardinian bricks and exposed stones. It overlooks the Garden of Aromas with four large windows that make the whole a whole, giving the environment a special charm, capable of making every ceremony special. It is connected by an ancient staircase to the Juniper Room.

The Court Of Aromas

The indoor garden, enclosed by the ancient structures, with its particularly impressive setting of lawn, palm trees and citrus trees can host cocktails, fashion shows, buffets, lunches or dinners, making each event unique.

Cantina d’Asburgo

Large arches adorn the large room of the old cellar, with a large fireplace and large windows that perfectly illuminate the room, making it suitable for ceremonies, buffets, and open bars.
