Process aggregated statistics for sales, customers, traffic patterns and other information and to communicate such statistics to third parties. The statistics do not include any information that could lead to the identification of customers;
The law recognizes numerous rights which we encourage our customers to read carefully. These works include the rights to:

access to the registers of the Guarantor;
to obtain information about data which concern you;
to obtain the cancellation, blocking, updating, correction, integration of data, as well as evidence that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the information was communicated;
to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data;
to oppose the processing for commercial or advertising or market research.
Below Article 13 of Law 675/96 regarding the rights of data processing Art. 13 Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

In relation to the processing of personal data subject has the right: to know, through free access to the register under Article 31, paragraph

1, letter a), the existence of personal data concerning him; to be informed according to Article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h); to obtain, from the owner or manager, without delay: confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of the data and their origin, and the logic and purpose on which the treatment is based; the request can be renewed, unless there are justified reasons, after no less than ninety (90) days; the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data; certification that the operations as per 2) and 3) have been made known, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the protected right; to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes; to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him, for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material, direct sales, or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, not later than the time when the data are communicated or disclosed the possibility of freely exercising this right ‡.

For each request as per paragraph 1, letter c) n.1) may be requested to, if not confirmed the existence of data concerning him, a charge not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits set by the regulations in Article 33, paragraph 3. The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is interested.
